How do I enrol my child at Silkstone State School?

Within catchment: Please call the office (07) 3437 2111 or email enrolments@silkstoness.eq.edu.au if you live in catchment. You will need to have the following before an interview is scheduled for you:
Your child's birth certificate. (You are unable to enrol your child without their birth certificate being sighted)
2 forms of address verification: lease or rates/driver licence/current electricity or gas bill. If you cannot provide these, then a statutory declaration, signed by a JP will be needed.
Any relevant custody orders
Completed enrolment papers and permission forms contained in the enrolment pack. (These can be collected from the office prior to your enrolment interview.)
Out of catchment: We have limited out of catchment places available. Please call the office or e-mail enrolments@silkstoness.eq.edu.au if you are not in our catchment area. Your name will be added to the waiting list and you will be contacted as soon as a place becomes available.
